Purposes of and legal basis for processing
The Controller processes personal data for various purposes:
1. to reply to the requests sent with this form, for example the request to obtain information on company products or services (including sending the brochure, the catalogue and/or other corporate information material), to get an offer, etc. In that case, consent is not required as the processing is needed for the company to be able to respond to those requests;
2. to use the e-mail address of the Data Subject to send him or her the newsletter that contains information on company products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events the company will take part in. For this purpose, the Data Subject is required to grant consent.
Data retention period
The Controller will process the data in accordance with the following time criteria:
1. if the Data Subject requests an offer, the data will be retained for no longer than five years from the reply; for other requests for information, the data will be retained for twelve months from the reply;
2. the data provided to allow the Controller to make the commercial communications described above will be retained for twenty-four months from the last communication.
Nature of the provision of the data and consequences in case of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes under point 1) is necessary. Any refusal by the Data Subject to provide them in whole or in part may make it impossible for the Controller to pursue the aforementioned purposes. Provision for additional purposes is optional. Should the data not be provided, the Controller will be unable to carry out the corresponding activities but will, in any case, be authorised to pursue the purposes under point 1).
Categories of recipients
The Controller will not disseminate the data, but intends to disclose them to internal subjects authorised to process them to perform their duties, and to professionals or service companies and to Public or private Entities, also following inspections and checks.
Those recipients, if they process data on behalf of the Controller, will be appointed as data processors through a suitable contract or other legal deed.
Transfer of data to a third Country and/or an international organisation
The personal data will not be transferred to third, non-EU Countries or to international organisations.
Rights of the data subjects
The data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to his or her personal data and to rectify them if they are incorrect, to erase them or to restrict processing if the conditions are met, to oppose processing for legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, and to obtain the portability of data he or she has personally provided only if they are subject to automated processing based on consent or on a contract. The data subject also has the right to withdraw the consent he or she has granted for the processing purposes that require it, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing performed until withdrawal.
